  • My personal story is about how my conscious choice to commitment and the power of positive thinking brought me to a place in my life where the flowers blossomed and the suns rays began to gently touch my face. The power of faith brought me a gift, my beautiful daughter. At first I did not understand why she came at the time she did, nor did I know how to face myself in the mirror everyday as my baby grew larger inside of me. I wondered how to maintain a healthy balance between my eating disorder, my thoughts, and body image throughout my pregnancy.

Now that I have been able to look back and gain a unique comprehension of my life, I now have the opportunity to breathe the fresh carefree air that my positive thoughts brought me. It is like I have taken the immense burden off of my back and reached the calm peaceful place that I longed to find. I would love to share with you how I have walked through the valleys of life’s tribulations and made it into happier days. I welcome all those who are looking for inspiration, and/or the road to healthy living. I would like to personally invite you to come and join me on my inspirational journey!

Editor’s critique from scribendi.com

"The self-help book is well written and thoughtful. I have no doubt that women in a similar position to yourself will take something valuable and worthwhile from your experiences. You have told your story honestly and clearly, without being condescending or judgmental. Readers will appreciate the fact that you have delved into the dark corners of your mind while keeping a positive tone throughout."
